Hair 2 Go was born from some of the most defining moments of my life—both behind the salon chair and at the bedside of the people I love. Before I ever dreamed of owning a mobile salon, I spent years as a hands-on caregiver. I cared for my bedridden father, supported my grandmother through end-of-life care, and walked through my son’s cancer journey.

 

During those seasons, I learned something powerful:

 

Beauty services are not just cosmetic.

They are emotional care, dignity, and human connection.

 

As a licensed cosmetologist with 20+ years of experience, I have always loved helping people feel their best. But caring for my family showed me how many seniors, disabled individuals, and medically fragile clients simply cannot access the beauty services they deserve. And I saw how something as simple as a haircut, a scalp cleanse, or freshly polished nails could completely transform someone’s mood, confidence, and spirit.

 

That’s when Hair 2 Go became more than an idea—

it became my mission.

Hair 2 Go now provides professional, high-quality salon care directly inside homes, senior living communities, hospice facilities, hospitals, and care centers across Central Ohio.

 

Because of my healthcare background (STNA-trained, former medical assistant), I understand:

 

• Mobility limitations

• Transfer challenges

• Medical devices

• Sensory needs

• Infection control and safety protocols

 

 

These are skills most traditional stylists are never trained in—

and that’s why Hair 2 Go is different.

 

I’ve taken every experience from caregiving and cosmetology and built a unique, compassionate service model.

Now, I’m expanding—and ready to train others to do the same.
